When photographing vertical buildings keystoning often occurs, that is the top of the building comes out looking smaller than the middle and bottom. In ACR (Adobe Camera RAW which is the same as Lightroom develop module) select the images used to make the panorama or vertorama in this case and merge them to panorama. The resulting merge image is a dng file (digital negative), therefore you can edit the file in ACR (or LR Develp module) using all of the RAW tools.
